First founded in 1998, Dep Consulting has been a long-serving provider of electrical distribution network services. Over our years of service as a Level 3 Accredited Service Provider (ASP), we have built a reputation for reliability and commitment to quality.

With over 20 years of experience in the electrical utility infrastructure industry, Charles brings unparalleled expertise in delivering complex Level 3 ASP design projects across Sydney’s major distribution networks, including Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, and Essential Energy. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen critical infrastructure projects, demonstrating a strong focus on technical excellence, operational efficiency, and client collaboration. Charles is deeply committed to building lasting industry relationships and fostering a culture of innovation and precision within the DEP Consulting team. His strategic vision and hands-on approach ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and performance.
With over 10 years of leadership experience, Jack excels in driving business growth, innovation, and operational excellence in the Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC industries. He has a proven track record of refining systems, processes, and team capabilities to ensure sustainable success. At DEP Consulting, Jack oversees systems and processes to deliver efficient ASP Level 3 design solutions across community, commercial, infrastructure, data centre, and renewable energy projects. His focus on optimising workflows ensures cost-effective, tailored outcomes for clients. Jack is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture through engagement, training, and clear communication, driving both team motivation and exceptional client results.
Senior Design Consultant
Bryan brings over 40 years of expertise in the electrical distribution industry, specialising in Level 3 ASP design. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in delivering major infrastructure projects, including Sydney Metro, WestConnex, and NorthConnex. He is known for his technical precision and leadership where he has successfully led design teams, mentored emerging talent, and ensured the highest quality in project delivery. Bryan’s extensive knowledge and dedication make him a valued expert and leader in the field.
Senior Design Engineer – Team Leader
With over 10 years of experience, Joseph brings exceptional expertise and technical leadership to electrical design and construction projects. He has successfully delivered a wide range of high-voltage connections, asset relocations, and substation establishments across New South Wales’ major distribution networks: Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, and Essential Energy. Joseph’s diverse background in government civil project delivery and electrical retail provides him with a comprehensive understanding of site constraints and how designs integrate into broader networks. Joseph ensures every project meets safety and customer needs seamlessly.

With over 19 years of industry experience, Charles brings invaluable guidance and engineering expertise to Dep Consulting. He is a dynamic and results-driven Director with proven success delivering some of Sydney’s biggest electrical utility infrastructure projects. He maintains strong, ongoing working relationships and is a respected leader and mentor to the high-performing Dep Consulting team.
Operations Manager
Chris has built his career with an eagerness to excel personally and professionally. He is an excellent communicator with extensive project management expertise, possessing a long history of delivering large-scale electrical design and construction projects. Through attentive stakeholder management and informative reporting, Chris is crucial in ensuring every project is delivered in line with client expectations.
